Wasted my 2 hours of journey time for collection of an item despite getting an email to say it's ready for collection. Staff need to be better in serving the customers. Very disappointed ?. I was not given an option to get it posted. The only options were to make the commute again or get a refund. The click and collect order email was received and everything to give me the assurance to make the journey.

Braintree cex: went in there on Sunday looking for a ps5 controller with my boyfriend as our trigger broke and we went in there and asked if there was anyway to trade it in a get money off and before I could even finish speaking he cut me off and said no which okay fair enough but the horrible look given to me was no need then I said do you have any ones I can buy he goes to the draw and gives us one after I buy it he says if it?s broken that?s not our fault and there will
be no refunds low and behold the controller is broken he was extremely rude and made my severely autistic boyfriend feel very uncomfortable I didn?t get his name but his staff id is 44293 thank you to the member of staff that helped my boyfriend today and got him a working controller you guys are amazing

Just come from Braintree CEX this is the game disc I was given, guy at the counter had to take this disc from a sleeve and put this in the case, as if he didn't notice the condition of this disc, dreadful service,disc has smeared fingerprints all over it and large cracks,ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE

Been using cex Braintree for sometime now . Staff very professional and they all have there niche expertise ,they are gamers themselves so they understand. I go here rather than my local Cambridge store .as I feel I get a better experience.
