Bought a new straw hat last summer for about £8. I liked that it was heavy and robust so as not to blow away like others have. 10 months on and it's still great. I have always liked this shop.

I visited on the morning of 06 September to return a game that I had bought because it was unplayable, and I exchanged it for another game. The 'gentleman' that served me clearly didn't seem to grasp why I was returning the game and why I wasn't able to play it, even thoughI explained quite clearly. At the end he muttered under his breath 'there's a name for people like you '. I had a receipt and was perfectly within my rights. Charity or not, this is not good customer service.

This charity shop sells second hand clothing, books, DVD,s brickabrac and much more. There is always a bargain to be had here.
