Wasn't the most ecstatic visit. Toilets out of commission. Food was mediocre and for some luke warm... Kids liked the play area.

I?m a regular in this branch. The £5 Meal is the best thing on the menu here. It?s honestly cheaper to eat here a few times a week than eating at home! (Plus they do the washing up!) a big shout out to Sam, Alison, Jay &

Repeat breakfast guests. We love the value for money. Variety of food and drinks. And the staff are always happy to provide a great service. We always order extra items from the kitchen too and this service is impeccable. Sam and Jay are particularly great servers.

Have breakfast weekly at Braintree staff always accommodating clean well stocked fresh items always available anything we asked for off menu is no problem Sophia was excellent today along with Sam 5 star service excellent value well worth a visit

Stayed next door, was told there was no place to seat us online had spaces also there was loads of empty tables, went next day for breakfast and this was disgusting and hardly any choice of food.

Half term and the cue was long had to wait for service not enough staff on for a half term not good

Queuing up to 25minutes just to be served, cauliflower cheese was uncooked, needed a spoon for the gravy as it so watery. Was put with a load off screaming kids. They could have put us in a quieter area! Daughter got her finger trapped in chair as she went to pull her seat forward. Will never come here for a carvery again! Toby carvery all the way!
