Customer Service experience was terrible today.
Chatting when I walked up to the table about something that happened at home over the weekend. Could hear all about it from the middle of the shop. Did not want to stop when I went to ask a question.
Asked the question to the Manager who looked down her nose at me and the other assistant answered rather abruptly. It just felt like I was an inconvenience to them. If the purchase had not been for someone else in hospital I would have walked away.
Have been going to Chelmsford to do my shopping with Bonmarche, as more helpful and friendly. Will not return to Braintree again.
Come on, Customers keep you in jobs.
