The store has a good position in Freeport but the 2 staff were disinterested and unhelful and the stock seemed pretty haphazard so we didn't buy anything.

I took back a jacket today that I received for Christmas it was a size too small so I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I had the receipt and tag still with the jacket yet the manager was being extremely difficult about me exchanging it saying the jacket is wet (it was pouring down outside) and I?ve obviously worn it I replied that I hadn?t explaining I had just walked from my car to the shop in the rain with it draped over my arm. After arguing for 5mins she begrudgingly accepted the exchange. Her attitude towards me and the way she decided to treat me as if I was stealing from her was uncalled for and extremely frustrating, I won?t be using this branch again.

There is something about this store that I just dont like. One of the sales staff is a bit off. I noticed the same comment from someone else which gave me the courage to write this as I dont like to leave negative comments. I've been into this store half a dozen times and I always get the feeling of being watched - i just dont like the experience and now I dont bother going in there when shopping in freeport.

Zero stock of the style my wife was looking for. If you want a cheap looking and feeling jacket that looks like it's from a market but has a rubber Barbour patch on the arm, this is yer place. There's odd sizes of the shapeless type of wax jacket too. None of these you'll find in JLs. Went to JLs, wasn't disappointed.
