I received a lovely bespoke facial with Amy for my birthday, and as a facial first-timer, I was a bit nervous beforehand. However, Amy quickly put me at ease with an initial chat about my skin goals for the session. Throughout the facial, she explained each product and its benefits, customising everything to suit my skin's needs. I left with soft, glowing skin and feeling very relaxed. This experience was a lovely treat for my skin, and I highly recommend it! ?

Amy is fantastic! I?d had trouble with dry, dehydrated skin my entire life until I met Amy. She really takes the time to listen and suggest the best options tailored to me. Especially when I had a big competition coming up.

Amy really does know SKIN. A wealth of knowledge about products, treatments and conditions. I received the GENEO facial, and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. I take good care of my skin on an everyday basis but it really needed this additional boost, hydration, texturising and tightening. A great treatment to have before an event.

Couldn?t recommend Amy enough! I love that she does Bespoke facials that can be tailored to your skins needs. I?ve had a round of chemical peels and my skin is looking and feeling the best it ever has. Amy shares her knowledge and explains what each stage of the process is, which is super helpful & helps me to understand what it is we are doing. She is super friendly, experienced and is as invested in my skincare journey as I am, which I find super supportive. I wouldn?t go anywhere else!

Amy knows the science of skin care and explains it in clear language. She is not into fads, which is v important - instead keeps up with what is new that works, that has evidence to back up the claims. If you have had a bad result from other treatments, she probably can remedy that as she is skilled at problem solving and sensible experiments. She's also friendly, outgoing and a pleasure to work with. Her micro fiber face cleansing pads are brill! Finally someone was clever enough to make them from black fabric.

Amy has really taken time to ensure my previously neglected skin is now being looked after and treated correctly. Recently had mesotherapy on under eye dark circles and I'm mad with myself I didn't have it earlier in life. I'm no longer caking tons of concealer under my eyes. So much less make up and tons more confidence!

I discovered Amy after my Botox lady moved and am overjoyed I did! I love my recent Botox as I like the ?fresh not frozen? look - we then got chatting about improving texture & appearance so when she mentioned her new Geneo facial treatment I jumped at the chance to model! It was relaxing, pain free and my skin felt amazing, tighter & brighter immediately after & is improving in appearance each day. She?s also lovely & her clinic is beautiful.

Due to have my third appointment at the end of the month. Had one facial and haven?t looked back since! Amy was so welcoming and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. My skin was so sore and dry before coming to Amy and has now improved massively. She talked me through and explained in detail what she was doing ok each different part, filled me in on what I should and shouldn?t be using. And catered specifically for my skin needs. I now have an AM & PM skin routine and couldn?t be without it now!I have tried a few different facials as well as the shoulder/neck massages. Couldn?t ask for better! Highly recommend for service, products, customer care and knowledge.My go to girl now, magic hands!!!Thank you so much Amy.
