So far I?ve had really positive experiences with this Surgery. Recently I asked for a call back and the receptionist was great and super re-assuring. I managed to get a call back within the hour, would definitely recommend this surgery to others.

No phone service at all when trying to book an appointment. Will only take bookings over the phone up till 3pm but nobody answers the phone. If you phone after, they will answer straight away and tell you they can't take any bookings because it's after 3pm. If you phone before then, you'll be on the phone for 2hrs holding and start loosing the will to live.What on earth has happened to this practice? Before C19, it was brilliant but now it's a mess.I had to go into the surgery and book an appointment for one of my children over the counter. That appears to be the only way to get a kid in front of a GP.Is there no NHS oversight for GP practices these days? Probably been swallowed up in the mismanaged, post pandemic, cash haemorrhaging, over funded mess we all pay a fortune in NI and tax to support.Thank you NHS! (Clap, clap)

I seriously do not understand how it takes so long to pick up a phone? 1hr 18 mins at the moment and I?m still waiting - I remember years ago I did the school run, dropping off at two different schools and then actually driving to the surgery and still waiting - must be 10/15 years ago and it?s still the same!

The actual surgery is good and all the nurses and GPs are very helpful and informative.The biggest issue is the phone system, waiting over an hour to speak to someone to book a routine appointment really isn?t ideal and is where all the low rated reviews stem from.

This is a HUGE fake GP.... they tell you to call them for an appointment, then nobody answering...then i was there and they said to fill the forms, i tried to fill at 9:30 am and they said it's not possible today... try tomorrow....and there are two bored lady who chatting and i didn't find anything to understand why they are paid.... sadly

How is it possible that you have me waiting for (currently and still waiting) one hour and 48 minutes and I?m still in a queue above 30 people. I don?t believe you have a a high volume of calls as your online service is also being used.What an absolutely rubbish surgery you are! Whilst other surgeries have been taking calls for a while now, you e only just started doing so. Shame on you! You are failing your patients.

It's just so difficult to get an appointment to speak to a doctor. Their default is to get you to call 111. It's a really terrible surgery, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I visited new branch at Herts and Essex Hospital, staff was very friendly , well organised ,everything is new and clean , digital, doctor was very helpful. Thank you guys and keep up your hard work.

The absolute worst surgery around, not a care given. There's only ever one staff on reception therefore waiting forever every single time and then when you are seen its a complete waste of time getting nowhere. This is every single time. You may aswell be your own Dr at this point and do your own research because you'll never get sorted there. Cowboys.

I have been a patient at South Street surgery for over sixty years. I and my family have always received excellent care and attention from all the staff. They are only let down by the long waiting times when trying to speak to someone on the phone.

I called the doctors at 9.19 am yesterday morning it's now 1.15 pm the next day I asked for a doctors call back.I have called 5 times in this space of time..........STILL NO DOCTOR AS CALLED ME BACK.I MADE IT QUITE CLEAR I CANT GET TO THE SURGERYHOW DISGUSTING IS THIS!!!!!!!!!
