“Very pleased with works I had done, reception followed up on a few problems I had getting the right parts from Euro Car Parts and when all sorted work done to a high standard they even had a nice little Renault Clio courtesy car for me to run home in all they asked was a couple of quid in petrol put in the car.. “Since I last posted the review below I have visited Wilkes some 40plus times and have appreciated more how hard staff work - so a changed review and viva Wilkes. Old review (Not at your best, today. Staff are great but the shop floor and too many shelves were in bit of a chaotic state. Will always be your fan but today not your best side.)”
“Great food and lively place to eat. Only let down by the service. Half of the tables were empty of people but still had plates and cups on them. Broken glass on the floor which when we had a dog isn't ideal. Apparently it was from the night before gig/party? Couple Sat on an adjacent table waited 20 minutes to be given a menu. I had to ask the waitress for them as they were to polite to ask. Lots of staff chatting at the till whilst all this was going on. Food still great so we will be back. Hopefully they can learn from their mistakes. Also they could earn so much more if when people look in they are clean tables.Parking: Very few parking spaces for the size of the venue.”
“staffs are nice and helpful, but hard to find one in such a big shop. Have variety of products. There is is a slight slope in the garden area, which made it difficult to manage the trolley. The till is not as efficient as I would like and did not notice any self checkout”
“Always great friendly service. Can often be a queue at crunch times but they usually call for more tills pretty quickly. Currently certain stocks have been low in store though”
