England London comments continue. The worst almond croissant I've ever eaten. I don't know if it's stale or bad. The environment is cramped and there is no seating. The only coffee shop in the airport terminal should provide better service.

Unfortunately, today at this location belonging to Costa Coffee, I was unpleasantly surprised. On a hot day, they don't have any kind of cold, iced drinks, only hot ones. The reason would be that the ice machine broke down, but I don't think so, rather the disinterest of the staff .They didn't report the defect and it's easier for them to say that they don't have cold drinks.

* 3 years later update:I don?t think anything changed. 1st flat-white was a milky white coffee. Second attempt was a bit closer, but still didn?t taste right. None of other 2 staff were confident to make a flat-white. ShockingFlat whites are made with the use of only full-fat milk. Having learnt that very few Costa shops have read that in the Costa Standards Book - I have asked for my full-fat flat white.Classic - no full-fat milk, but they do sell the drinks - no idea what milk they put in and so to speak the coffee is so so...

The best hot chocolate I had in a costa shop! I was really touched by the kindness and patience of one of the man working there (maybe the manager?) , even if it was 2 am he was smiling to everyone and spreading positivity.Thank you.
