The man who served us was very rude. He missed multiple drinks off off our order as well as a 4 piece chicken nuggets and a hamburger. When i went back the 3 times after realising my food was missing the manager swore multiple times at me and was very rude. Do not reccomend at all. Find another place to eat.

Great customer service provided by maryam she was really helpful and kind also great food too. I don?t want to use order point so maryam took my order with a smile and chat. NOT LIKE KFC who didn?t want to know

I have had the app a while now and needed to update my card so I could order offers. Will NOT let me! All my details are in the app just new card details. The scan feature captured wrong valid date 4 times so utterly useless. After manually entering numbers a dozen times still no joy. Given up. Bare Grills tomorrow for a proper burger.

A very quiet lunchtime here, now I know why! Ordered at the counter and told it was cash only or we had to use the self-service machine for a card. After 'negotiations' the server allowed us to use the card terminal in front of us on the counter! Then told the coffee machine was broken and a couple of minutes later informed it was mended .........but still ended up with a cup of tea anyway! The Whoppas were cold, although the chips were OK. The tables were filthy and hadn't been cleaned or cleared that day by the looks of it. Someone had dropped full drink on the floor and that remained there for the duration of our visit. This place is a disaster waiting to happen - Needs a visit from HSE and Food inspectors

Stopped to have lunch. Unfortunately it eas very busy but I understand that one has to wait and factor in summer holiday rush. But to compromise on service and quality is not acceptable. Coke was warm and flat. Rude staff

A bit surprised to find the Burger King app is not accepted in this particular restaurant. Though food was hot fresh and good.

No way to order food at the desk and forced to use the self service ordering kiosk. I have never used this method of ordering before and was no one to help me. Managed to work my way through. Seemed to be no option to request a burger my way, for example no salad. The burger was tasteless. The chips were over salted. No wipes given and no available to take. The coffee was the most disgusting I've tasted and went in the bin after one sip. The wait for food was long too were several staff milling around behind the desk. All in all pretty disgusted and I'll never stop here again. By the way the self service boards are way high for a disabled person to reach from a wheelchair

Bun and patty both a little dry unfortunately. Tables weren't particularly clean either sadly, and a bit of a wait for food.\\nHalf of the ordering machines were out of order, with staff insisting that they were used.

It was really good and the service was unbelievable especially for a drive-thru really good service, courtes, well mannered, made to feel special by team member that took our order and team member that handed us food was very courtes and a real joy to meet and be served by.\\nIt has to be ????? all day, the best service I have ever received at a Burger King ??

This was the first ever Burger King I have been in where they didn't have any burgers (despite me not arriving in the middle of the night or anything). Several alternatives weren't available either. What I did have was nice but would have been nice to have had a choice.
