I was just refused lemsip because apparently I don't look 25 (you need to be 16 to buy medicine). For the record I am 30 and have a full beard. The lack of commonsense has really annoyed me. Such bad customer service means I can't recommend the store even though it is nice store on the whole.

Hitachino Nest is regularly stocked as well as Westmalle and Boon for very reasonable prices. Always extensive choice and excellent value. We miss the vouchers that we used to receive and have visited less as a result.

I like the organic section at waitrose bu they use way too much rapeseed (canola oil and sunflower oil in things which they are simply doing for cost saving. A coconut red curry should have coconut in it not an extract and rapeseed oil. Watch out we are all being poisoned by these toxic seed oils.

I like the products in Waitrose essential range they are quite reasonably priced but regular brands can be over priced compared to other big supermarkets. Also there are other things that they are missing like toys, dvd's and video games no one else sells this kind of stuff in Billericay high street so they are missing a killing here! The staff are extremely friendly here they always have a smile and say hello!!!
