All the ladies here are wonderful, the selection is great and ive never had a quality issue from this store! I'd like to especially thank Nicole, who was very welcoming, offered me fabulous advice and even remembered me when I stopped in today and asked how the products were for me! She's a real asset to the Billericay team!

Particular callout to Jessie who is superb and always delivers the best customer service.
Sadly, some of the other members of staff are now talking to each other on their headsets, whilst also operating the tills and serving customers. However, Jessie is always polite, friendly, efficient and delivers superb customer service every time I visit the store.
She stands out from the rest and is a true credit and asset to the team.

InYoung girl with a red hair... Absolutely disgusting service and attitude. And i never ever complained in my life. So disappointed. Won't return. I know why that could be.. She surely didn't like my different accent when i asked for an assistance

I have used this branch quite regularly and have always found the staff to be polite and helpful.Visited last week and the manager was a big help assisting me to purchase my wife a lovely perfume for Christmas.Thank you for your patience and help.

Was nervous as it was my first time buying myself makeup, I needed a lot of help & asked staff for it. I wanted to personally shout out Nicole, for taking me around the store & assisting me in recommend products. They made me feel very comfortable, very seen & heard. Which made my experience of approaching a new idea very comforting, thank you again Nicole & the staff at Superdrug.

I have lived in Billericay for my whole life and rarely go in to this superdrugAlthough everytime I go in I get stares from the staff and they follow me it makes me feel uncomfortable that they think I'm up to something when I would never do such thing but god forbid when someone is actually trying to steal they don't even look twice

This place is not a chemist. I walked in with my Dog, selected my purchases within 30 seconds and was waiting at the cashier desk to pay and was thrown out of the store by the Manager. I will now never return to Superdrug.
