Had a delivery salad box with meatball marinara and garlic herb sauce. It was 3 meatballs and it was so full of sauce it was awful , threw most of it away. It was like a soup of sauce with a few meatballs . Won't order again

After placing my order a girl with dark hair and bad attitude made it incorrectly. After politely mentioning that she was making it wrong she ignored even after a couple of attempts of pointing it out. I gave in because I was being ignored. Thre wasn't nothing in the sandwich that I didn't like, but it would be nice to receive what I ordered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got food poisoning after eating here Friday and am still recovering to this day. Be wary about this shop as have heard other people get ill after eating here!!

Love Subway, Billericay subway staff very friendly and being a creature of habit they know my order without asking!Only downside is for subway overall..why have they taken spinach off of the menu it was probably the healthiest bit!!

Experience here was awful. The manager was shouting at his employees while I was there. Staff seemed good but his treatment of the staff is nothing short of abusive. He needs to work on his people skills and customer service skills. Why is Connor Penrose who is manager/supervisor reviewing his own store??
