Phoned the staff to inform probably late for 5 minutes appointment eye tested for contact lens and new glasses but attitude staff told they can?t waiting. So cancelled prescription and just to let you know I usually always waiting longer than 15 minutes there. Thank you for your understanding! Ridiculous!! TRY TO AVOID THIS BRANCH!!

The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The optician gave me advice that was best for me rather than sell me glasses. I was told I should have my cataract dealt with before I had new glasses.

Brilliant experience having my eyes test the optician was very informative. Then moved on to picking my glasses and had help from Debbie was just fantastic - very honest, brilliant at finding the right glasses. Spent a lot of time helping me choose and I didn?t feel rushed once! Thank you!
