i am fuming. the poundland staff in billericay were hostile and genuinely picking on my daughter and her friends who went to poundland to buy socks. they kept following them around and screamed at them for ?swearing? in another language. i am disappointed that they would think my sweet angel and her friends would ever do such a thing and secondly i am worried why they care so much about swearing as they are teenagers and it wasn?t directed to them (even if they did swear) i am disgusted by the staff and i wish for improvement on their social skills.

It's not the first time that I buy faulty goods and even with a receipt but not the original box they won't refund . I recommend to stick to buy toilet paper and cleaning products
