I went here a couple of days ago and saw Laura and she was just amazing! Gave me lots of good advice about hair products that would help me specifically, she was even generous enough to find me some samples that she thought would be good for me!
The haircut is perfect, she did an amazing job, and I would recommend her so so highly! Thank you Laura ??

Called in off the cuff first time and left delighted! Lucky someone was free and only had to wait a half hour! Definitely going back - my new go to place and hairdresser - she was lovely!
Hair type: Short, fine but plenty of it and white/silver grey!

The worst experience ever!!! Felt bullied and treated utterly disrespectfully by the manager and receptionist when their stylist failed to dye my hair the colour I specifically asked for and when I said the colour was wrong. The stylist however was nice enough to admit it was not right and tried to rectify it. The receptionist took the liberty to intervene with her rude tone and agressive attitude instructing the stylist to stop. The manager (or so she was introduced) was equally agressive and rude without hearing me out. When I asked to speak to the owner they said she was not available and threatened to call the police If I did not leave immediately albeit with colour on my head which was not washed off?. Stressful and traumatising do not even begin to describe what I experienced. No-one deserves to be spoken to as disrespectfully and aggressively. If they are not prepared to hear feedback they should not be working in service industry. Non existent customer service! Never using this salon again.

I walked in after never having been here before on the off chance they could fit me in.Holly was so welcoming and really went the extra mile.Sometimes customer service is lost these days but I had such a lovely experience.My hair cut was also the best I had been given in years along with the price being the most reasonable I had paid in along time.Will definitely be coming back!Thank you! X

I can?t fault the team at LJR, from my monthly appointments with Kelly, to turning up on thr wrong day they are always lovely, welcoming, helpful and kind. I?ve been going to LJR now for 4 years now and I wouldn?t change. Ive found it really hard in the past to find a stylist who actually listens to what you want and you feel confident in their hands.My hair is now in the best condition it has been in a long time and that is all down to Laura!LJR service is amazing and all of the staff are really friendly. I went in looking like an old English sheep dog and came out looking considerably younger and much happier. My hair was beautifully cut by Georgia AND I can go back after six weeks to just have my fringe trimmed. Excellent service and value for money.Service: Hairstyling

Awful. Been going there for years and lovely service. I don't know what has gone wrong but I had the most unhappy stylist. Hated the whole experience. Sent an email of complaint and they did not even reply. And a dog runs around the salon under people's feet.Service: Hairstyling
