Great service today getting gas put into my daughter?s new car for her air conditioning. Will also checked a few other bits on the car and shared where the car historically had been serviced by other kwikfits what the car had had done as the dealer we bought it from hadn?t been helpful on that front. Team was brilliant - especially the young fella on the desk who did my MOT and replaced the tyres. Had one of my car tyre changed, also had a problem with a stuck valve cap on another tyre and the staff fixed for me aswell! Brilliant customer service and thanks so much! The kwick fit in Billericay is the best I have been!

We called up first thing bank holiday Monday in a panic because mot had expired! Kye was not only a very knowledgeable manager he had excellent people skills and gave us very good customer service, offered us an appointment for the same day we was in and out of the centre within the hour. In addition Nira who performed the Mot was great and kept us informed on the time scale.
All in very happy.
Can't believe they worked Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday for the same hourly rate!
Come on kwik Fit... Respect the team and pay them at least Time and a Half

Impressed that kwikfit take pictures of everything that they did and needed to change. Good price aswell. Could do with a receptionist to assist customers although mechanic friendly enough. Just delay in getting through on the phone.
