Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Flamingo Billericay.
We recently celebrated a surprise 40th birthday at Flamingo Billericay, and it couldn?t have been more perfect.
From our initial enquiries to the moment we arrived, Emma and her team made us feel incredibly welcome?friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The food was a highlight: beautifully presented, full of flavour, and catered to a range of tastes, including a separate platter for gluten free guests, which they really appreciated.
The venue itself has a fantastic atmosphere?stylish yet relaxed, with just the right energy for a celebration.
A huge thank you to Emma and the entire team for making the afternoon / evening so special. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail didn?t go unnoticed, and we?re truly grateful.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to host a special event in or around the Billericay area.

What a lovely experience at Flamingo.
We came here for afternoon tea to celebrate our anniversary, we were treated lovely by very friendly staff, the food was amazing and homemade, the atmosphere was chilled and relaxing.
We would really recommend Flamingo and will be back to visit again soon.

Booked afternoon tea over a month ago, one gluten free. When we arrived we sat and wasn?t told there was tea/coffee included. No drink order taken. We ordered a soft drink. It didn?t come. Had to ask again. Boy had forgotten. One of the chefs come out and asked the front desk what gluten free cakes they had, so obviously not made
In house, and nothing was prepared special for the GF considering we booked it a month ago. Afternoon tea come out 15 mins later, gf was all hard and basic.
I had to ask if tea/coffee was included. They brought tea over but never asked if we wanted a refill or if everything was ok.
Kitchen then started cleaning down as no customers apart from us. So stench of bleach come out kitchen. Then front staff started sweeping The floor! while we was still eating. Which. Was disgusting tbh. It was ok. But service was poor. We had a voucher so didn?t bode well to return.

Great local spot, long time in Billericay and refurbed this newer location. Good value sandwiches and breakfast staples - our favourite chicken mayo sandwich. Top drink here is their turmeric golden latte.

First time visit today. Absolutely excellent in all respects. Just what Billericay needs. I had a delicious feta and spinach pie and my wife a copious and tasty coronation chicken sandwich. Great service with really fresh ingredients. Only criticism is the addition of ice in drinks unrequested an unfortunate American practice. We will certainly be going there again

Had afternoon tea here today, myself and 2 guests.
Firstly, I have to mention the 2 ladies who were servers, absolutely wonderful, professional, superb customer service skills.
1 of my guests was visiting from London and commented that he would 100% return.
Afternoon tea was exceptional, the sausage rolls and scones were simply delicious, sandwiches amazing.
We even took 3 x doggie bags home!!
The servers truly made our afternoon enjoyable and we are planning to return for dinner 1 evening.
Total cost for 3, including 2 x soft drinks..£83

Been here several times since it moved to the bigger restaurant. Always had amazing food and service. It's well priced and you can tell the quality of ingredients is very high. It's become one of our regulars.

6 of us enjoyed an excellent breakfast for my 60th Birthday. Our waitress was cheerful, polite and created a happy start to my day.
Eggs royal was great as was the Smashed Avocadoand full English breakfast.The dining area inside was clean and very pretty.

What a lovely place! The staff were really nice and helpful, the coffee and food were delicious and the decor was spot on! Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Food was bland - I ordered toast for my 1 year old son that got served as a full slice and hardly any butter like they couldn?t be bothered.
The waitress I think was the owner was rude and miserable looking
When it came to paying the bill me and my friend wanted to split. She rudely told me I had to work out the price for myself. Terrible customer service. Would never return.

We had a very good afternoon tea here today. Our first visit despite Flamingo being based in our home town. Sandwiches, hot sausage roll and cakes were all very tasty and left us certain that we will be coming back. The bacon naan has been recommended by a neighbour and will be part of our next order. Thanks everyone. PS special mention for the Eton Mess cake!
