I ordered and item, I put correct address but wrong postcode, consequently my parcel went backwards and forwards between sorting offices.I had another parcel delivered and spoke to the postie and asked if he could help me out with my problem.The very next day he brought me my parcel.I cannot thank him enough, unfortunately I did not take his name but sending a massive thanks to him.Benfleet sorting office have restored my faith in the delivery services.Merry Christmas

Just really nice and helpful staff.I phoned ahead of picking up my mail and a parcel.There was no waiting, the lady had got it all ready for me.I just showed my id and walked out with my post.Couldn?t recommend them enough.Thank you

had a non signed parcel delivered but instead of leaving it on the door step like they do for signed parcels, they take it back. so when i go on line requesting a re-delivery and saying to leave it on the door step, I get a confirmation saying it will be left on the door step... guess what? I get another card saying no one home and its taken backthe post office really need to do something about there communication and there lazy staff, also more personnel to answer phones, as when i have called 3 times in 3 days i get told it over 60 minutes waiting timeTOTAL RUBBISH SERVICE
