Purchased 2 sets of bulbs for my headlights for my car but didn?t need both sets, so returned 1 set with a receipt in original packaging not opened only to be charged a 5% handling fee out of my refund, and the set I did use were half the price on Amazon. Shame on you auto care, try to use local business but not if this is the way they treat their customers will not be returning. Been a customer for 40 years not anymore. Disgusting way to treat customers
