Fantastic customer service second to none!
I was very unhappy with my current brand band provider talk talk. Spoke to phan at the Basildon branch, and the information she gave me lead me to sign up without hesitation. Fantastic knowledge. So helpful and informative. Informed me of bonuses and extras. And keeping my costs low while still having Fantastic service.
Really can't recommend phan enough she is top of the class and I belive she should train all new staff in all stores and branches to ensure the customer care and satisfaction you receive will be 1000% ! Thank you !

Been with Vodafone over 20yrs was always great shop to visit staff helpful, informative, nothing to much for them. Now don't go in was considering leaving Vodafone, most of the staff can't be bothered and i know more then they do, i phone Vodafone asking them a question they say if because can't always do whatever they ask to salt out the problem, so they say go into the shop i do and told they don't know how to do it either, there sales not technical.

Took my phone in store to drop off for a repair under Vodafone warranty. Was assured it would be sent out the next working day, and would be at the repair centre within 2 working days. After many days of silence with nobody able to tell me where my phone was, I was finally told it took the staff 5 days just to send the phone off, and another 5 days for it to be delivered to the repair centre (who then did not repair it properly).
