Awful,I bought some petrol tools, managed to start first time but couldn't start them second time,the lawnmower was smoking but never started,the chainsaw has a blocked guard , blocked chain,I cut my hand badly trying to somehow unblock it,
I took them back to Toolstation just to be told on a patronising way that I have to bring the"ORIGINAL BOX" AND NO PETROL IN THE TOOLS otherwise they will not deal with me and call the police
They said this are the terms and conditions
"ON THE WEBSITE " but I bought this tools at the counter in the shop and nobody mentioned anything about that.I HAVE AN INDEPENDENT TOOL REPAIR SHOP ASSESSMENT AND A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
This put me out of work and I lost some customers because of FAULTY TOOLS
AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!!!

Awful service. We went in asking for help to find the correct door handle we needed as we didn't want to end up with the wrong one. Paul, one of their staff was very rude and patronising as soon as we asked help. He refused to look at the original handle we took with us and kept on telling us that he won't be able to help. He actually treated us like idiots. We ended up going to Srewfix opposite. Got amazing service and bought the handle we needed. Toolfix needs to hire people with better manners and customer service.

I try to use this Toolstation rather than the Screwfix opposite as Savio and the rest of the team are always friendly and treat the customers as individuals.

Had to get some DIY bits for hubby, he gave me a list but also said to ask if they had something similar to a part we had, spoke to someone called Dami who was polite and very helpful excellent got everything I needed thamk you.
