I recently had a haircut appointment with Cey and once again, I am beyond impressed. Cey truly understands my hair and always knows exactly what I need.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Cey's attention to detail is unmatched. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice on what would suit me best. The precision and care in their work are evident in the fantastic result.
I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident, with a haircut that perfectly matches my style and personality. The entire experience was top-notch, from the friendly service to the relaxing atmosphere. I can't recommend Cey highly enough!

I have been going here for my regular cut and blow dry for years. Sally and Angela were great. I have now had 2 cuts by Cey and am very pleased with the results and ease of care between. Cey is very personable and takes time to understand what is needed. Not the cheapest salon in town but good value. For some reason the drinks offered are more limited than they used to be or I would give 5 stars. Friendly salon vibe. I did my research first and this was not the case with some other salons in Basildon town centre in the same price bracket who were less than welcoming. If they are like that when pitching for business it doesn't bode well! Recommended.

My 11 year old son came in for a complete restyle. He had very long (down to his elbows) naturally curly hair. We showed some pictures which showed mens hairstyles that were cut close/shaved around the ears and neck but left longer curly hair on top, dropping over the forehead, almost into the eyes.
I told the stylist I was concerned about it being cut too short as there would be some 'spring back' from his curls making it look shorter.
She said not to worry and then proceeded to cut his hair far too short so that is exactly what happened. She blow dried his hair forward and straight, I assume to give the illusion of length but despite that, it still sat high up on his hairline. Now, when it's wet and curls, it's even shorter. We're now having to grow his hair to achieve the look he came in for when he had masses of hair in the first place.

AMAZING I haven't been to the hairdressers for over ten years and aysha made me feel so welcome and comfortable she was chatty but focused on her job I will definitely only go back to aysha for my hair now she gave the best advice my hair was very dead and have been debating it for months now what to do and she gave her professional opinion and I trusted her

Nothing but nice things to say about the staff at ministry of hair, been going there for years and love my hair every single time. Sam and Céy are wonderful at what they do, can?t praise them enough. Not only are they very talented but super down to earth and always make me feel comfortable whenever I go in. Lovely experience every time.
