Building was clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. Trolleys and baskets were readily avaliable. Shelves were well stacked and organised. There was a good level of staffing, everyone was helpful and friendly. All the tills were open and ques moved quickly.

Visited today as my friend needed new shoes , she purchased a few but realised she had left her car key on one of the shoe shelves , the security guard and the lady tidying the shoe aisle where being helpful , key found and a great review for the customer service thanks guys , re naming my friend *happy feet* now ;) and she feels really stoopid nwhich makes our experience worth reviewing positively!!!

Fantastic customer service, bought a load of baby girl bits, only to find out we're having a boy! Jackie and Charlie were happy to help, even though we were outside of the returns period and had no receipt. Gave us a full refund in store credit. Beyond grateful for the kind gesture.
