Amazing service from the young gentleman (sorry didn't catch the name) that served us Tuesday 10th Sep 24. A new watch which we had links taken out with from a different store had a an issue with the spring on one of the links which may have just been sent to us like that originally we are unsure however the young man fixed free of charge! Brilliant service, highly recommend

Popped into Timpson?s today at Basildon and was charged £27 for one door and two padlock keys I think £9 a key is too expensive
