Excellent! I was incredibly impressed. Went to get a key cut and it was done within minutes with a brilliant offer of buy 1 get another one half price. I was incredibly happy. Excellent customer service also! Both keys worked perfectly.

Excellent customer service. Had the smart key replaced for my Kona. It would of cost two and a half times as much from the dealer. They went the extra mile as well.

Was told a pair of shoes would be resoled within a fortnight. Over 3 weeks and still waiting. It turns out that their staff get bonuses when their takings are a certain amount. That?s why I was told 2 weeks, to get their daily takings up. Not satisfied at all

Went to pitsea tesco timpsons to get my daughters shoes repaired and the man who fixed them I?m sure his name was Dan couldn?t have been more helpful ..he was kind and polite and just a really nice bubbly person honestly couldn?t have been a better experience ..definitely deserves a shout out ..will return in the future
