I popped into Three the other day to have a chat about my options of a new phone and contract as my one was very much on its deathbed. I spoke to an absolute star of a sales representative named Emma, she went through all of my options and didn't make me feel pressured on choosing any particular make, model or contract. She let me go at my own pace to look at what was available and within my ideal price range and we settled on an honor 400 pro. (Great phone by the way!) Going into the Three store in Basildon very much felt like walking into the home of a good friend thanks to Emma, she made me feel exceptionally welcome within the store and within her presence, so easy to talk so and such a bubbly, infectious personality! I left the store feeling extremely happy with my new phone and contract in tow. It's sales representatives like Emma that absolutely make businesses like Three shine and I highly recommend people visiting to have a chat with her, she is next level amazing.

This is the third time I've gone into Three to ask about my contract and what better deals I can get and have had to walk out again. The staff are rude and disinterested despite me having four contracts with them and being with them for fifteen years and this is the service I get. As soon as my contract is finished I will be switching. Rude and condescending staff.

My mother and myself were recently down in the store Wednesday the 27th of December where we were greeted by a very helpful gentleman called Adam. Now not only did Adam extremely help us he was also very positive and gave us extra information to help us understand. He set everything up for us correctly so all we had to do was plug it in. And as he said the product worked amazing and straight away. I believe Adam is an excellent member of staff and any issue I have in the future I would ask for him! Not only was he extremely helpful he was also very friendly and put a spring in my mothers step.

I have been a loyal 3 customer for over 15 years and have always been happy until I made the mistake of going to the Basildon branch.The staff are clueless and the management are even worse.They are rude and even when I had to involve the 3 complaints department the manager actually had the nerve to make out that they were doing ME a favour?Three as a company have always been good but I advise anyone thinking about using the Basildon branch to walk on by and not waste your time.
