Large range. The car park is large and accessible for all I went in to return an item as had originally brought a lamp from the Southend branch and this had been sold faulty. Returned with no issues.

I doubt posting a review will make any difference to the quality of service we received today but it might make me feel better.
We were 3 elderly tired disabled adults only 1 of whom were from this country the other visiting from Canada.
All we wanted was a roll of duck tape. I asked a man if he was staff (no uniform or identity badge as far as I could see. )
He snapped yes and walked away. Later after walking round the store looking for duck tape and being very out of breath the same man walked towards me, looked at me clearly in distress and walked away.
I then asked a female staff for the tape 'down there and left' she said pointing before rushing away.
Eventually we found it no thanks to the staff.
HOWEVER I don't blame the staff I blame the management team. A well managed and supported team will always take pride in their work and how they treat customers. They will want their customers to leave the store feeling valued and satisfied. Unhappy mismanaged staff don't take pride in their store and in the reputation of that store.
So my advice to the store owners sack the manager, train the management team in good management techniques and relationships and give the staff a bonus for working in such a poorly managed store.
PS the toilets were disgusting.

Just been to the restaurant for a light breakfast.
Grabbed 2 tea spoons
2 knives
1 of each was dirty the knives having what looks like yesterday's egg on it, the teaspoon also grubby.
The staff looked fed up, the service was possibly the slowest I've ever experienced.
