I?ve been going there for over a year now. It was close to my old place but after I moved, I still drive over there . It?s primarily the atmosphere for me, the music is relaxing, not the typical spa music, it always smells amazing and the people are so great at what they do. Not embarrassingly quiet or wildly chatty. Just enough conversation.

Lovely salon set up with ample parking available. Was my first time visiting and Keri talked me through the process of BIABs and answered all my questions and I was super happy with how my nails turned out - will definitely be returning. ?

was able to get a last minute appointment for waxing with keri this morning. really professional and calming local salon with friendly staff who are knowledgable and helpful. will use again!

Been using the salon for over a year and there isn?t anywhere I?d rather get my treatments done. The staff are all so welcoming and lovely, it?s really relaxing and you feel pampered when you leave. Looking forward to my next appointment already!

Just had my final appointment before I?m due to give birth and as always the girls are so lovely. I?ve been going to the salon for just over a year and every time I leave with such a smile from the excellent service but also how kind they all are. Looking forward to coming back post baby for a little me time and a catch up ??

Very disappointed with customer service and services provided - worst BIAB application I have received.To be fair initial customer service was good and a pleasant service while in the salon. However, after 6 days the BIAB application began cracking and chipping off. This has never happened with any other BiAB I have ever received with those lasting a minimum 3 to 4 weeks. When contacting the salon I had an initial reply saying that I could go in and get it fixed. However that would not work for me as I was leaving the country and did not have time, instead I had for a monetary remedy in the form of a refund or partial refund. That request/email has now been ignored for 4 days. Very unhappy as now I am stuck traveling with chipped ugly nails?

Finally started my BIAB journey and unfortunately was short on time so couldn't make it to my usual nail lady back in East London. I thought I would give the Beauty Space a try and I'm really glad I did. The ladies were welcoming but professional and I really love my nails. I chose the shade Dolly as it's a beautiful natural pink. I don't usually like translucent shades however this gives a beautiful natural French tip look.Thank you very much Keris, I'm looking forward to seeing you again for an infill ?Service: Manicure

I have never ever come across such a professional establishment, very clean hygienic and staff extremely polite. Keris was very helpful throughout the booking and meeting at reception. I booked in with a hour Swedish massage where Sophie was the best expert masseuse and extremely knowledgeable on my condition. 5 star is far too low for this place and will definitely rebook again & again. Well worth going to Beauty Space in Shotgate, go try them.Service: Massage
