Went into pharmacy today to collect my prescription which was sent over on 30th July. Woman at the front desk wasn?t helpful at all. She told me it?s going to take 20minutes for her to process my prescription even though it was sent to pharmacy over 2 days ago. Went back and waited in a queue so the whole thing took over 45 minutes of my time today and only for her to come back and then tell me she doesn?t have one of my medications. I explained that this is the one I?ve been waiting all that time for and that she should have told me before I waited all that time if any of the medications was missing and she turned around and said ?well I thought it was the metformin that was important.? No apology no nothing. Absolutely disgusting service and it?s a shame because the other people who work at this pharmacy are such wonderful people.

Tesco pharmacy is such a painful experience.
You get a text to say your prescription is ready. So you to collect it. You wait in a queue for half an hour .then to be told its not ready
It will be half an hour .So what's the point of sending a text to say it ready.
It's alway short staffed .and the staff behind the counter are so missable. And unhelpfully.
The other thing about tesco you can't even call the pharmacy. To check if your medication is ready.
On the website it tell you press tesco pharmacy telephone number
And not anything to with the pharmacy. You listen to a load of crap. Not one of the are for the pharmacy. What is the point absolutely useless

Lovely staff , sometimes prescriptions take a little while to be ready but I have never had any be rude to me when I have gone to ask how long. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to the pharmacy late as I had just been referred urgently by 111 for a sensitive issue. The pharmacist was very rude and made me feel as though I was a major inconvenience. The pharmacist told me she didn?t know what the issue was, so she couldn?t help. She said I could buy an over the counter medication, but when I asked her what the medication treats, she wasn?t sure. The whole experience was very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Absolute Abysmol service.
I had went to the Pharmacy to buy Gaviscon infant over the counter as I have been able to do in previous pharmacies with no issue. They had this in stock but the Pharmacist was very abrupt as this is normally under prescription which I was not aware of as I had previously had it under prescription but ran out but knew I could still get it over the counter. The Pharmacist continued to ask how many sachets were being given which I had said it depended on the ounces. She had continued to try and publicly ridicule me which I had to stop her and told her that I just wanted to know if she had it in stock and if she did not want to sell it to me then that should be the end of it. As I turned away she stated 'yeah, go to your GP'.
Completely disgusting attitude from a registered Pharmacist and the situation was not handle in a professional manner in any way. I could have simply been notified that I would need to go to the GP to have his medication reviewed and that would be the end of it. I for one, will not go back to this pharmacy since judging by the other 1 star reviews, this is not the first time this laughable group of registered pharmacists have interacted poorly with their patients/customers.

Main pharmacist was very rude. After being made to wait 45 minutes for her I had an emergency prescription from 111 for my 5 month old and she told me it was simply a ?request? and down to her whether she decided to help or not. She told me I could of course purchase the prescription she was

The queue is always massive even when there?s staff in the pharmacy, they just don?t come to the window to serve. Then you finally get to be served and the staff are rude and they tell you to come back in half an hour to pick up the prescription. The pharmacist will change your prescription without telling you or your doctor.

The experience was quite poor as I had to wait for one hour to collect my prescribed drugs from the pharmacy. Despite having a wet signature on the prescription, the pharmacist could not recognize it and refused to accept it. Fortunately, the doctor was able to send an electronic signature so that the pharmacist would finally accept the prescription. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Very poor service! Some staff are not apologetic! Have to wait to collect medication one or two weeks! Could work harder for customers! Therefore their rating is 2.6?!!! ?

What?s going on?I used to boast how easy it was to go on the NHS app order my repeat prescription get a text and collect it while I got my shopping.I quite sure the store is under a new manager due to the changes in the store but perhaps it?s time for them to kick the pharmacy up the bum and get the standards back!!You need MORE STAFF WITH EMPATHY PLEASE!!!
