I went into the Eastgate Superdrug and got a piercing done by Hannah and I can only sing her praises. She was so professional and thorough and explained the aftercare so well and it?s healing so nicely so thank you!I then went in another day with the intention on only getting a couple of essentials for my holiday and was served by a very lovely girl I believe her name was Becca on the till. She told me the perfumes on offer and let me test a few out and was so kind. I ended up buying more than what I originally went in for but now have some lovely perfume for my holiday and left feeling extremely pleased and happy with the service. So thank you girls for being so kind and helpful!

The staff were more interested in talking to each other with their goofy headsets than talking to customers. I was at the till being completly ignored while the staff member was having a chat over her headset with other staff. I made the whole transaction without eye contact and she only said a few words to me.

Did the click and collect here. One of the products I received was open,seals to the pop off lid and the screw off part of the lid were open. The bottle wasn't full and there was dry and sticky product all over the bottle and inside the lid.I didn't check in store because I had to go and do the school run. Literally put in a complaint with photos while sat in the car 10 minutes after receiving the items and was told I needed to return the product to store if I wanted a refund or I could have half the value of the product (product was only £4) in points that I could spend in the future.I wasn't going to return to the store over the value of £4. I did click and collect to make my life easy and returning to store and waiting around while they sort this out wasn't what I had in mind. However, this is still incredibly bad practise and unhygienic also I'd like to note that I didn't even receive the points ?
