Worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Drinks were horrible, staff were horrible and didn?t seem to care, they even discriminated against my husband. Place was dirty and I could see a lot of flies - will be reporting to trading standards.

Very disappointed with how I was treated in Starbucks this morning. I walked in and no one was aware of my presence so already that got my back up! I then placed my order only to have my lid for my cup chucked back at me, I asked for my sandwich to be put in a bag for takeaway as I was going back to work upstairs in the hairdressers.
I then proceeded to get it on a plate and when I asked if I could have it in a bag I was met with an eye roll and a huff; then on getting the bag it was thrown at me!!!!
I?ve never had an experience like this at any Starbucks I?ve been to, I work in retail myself so I know how to handle customers and I know good customer service and this was one of the worst experiences I?ve had!!!! The server was rude and definitely needs to work on his customer service because it is definitely not up to scratch!!! I will not be coming back for a long while!!!

We ordered mocha Frappuccino and it was awful. It taste like expired milk. Been drinking this for more than 15 yrs and this is the worst starbucks branch I ever tried.

Popped into Starbucks with my daughters on our brief trip to Basildon for a coffee. Although the two cold drinks were swiftly made, mine was unfortunately overlooked and I waited for about 5 minutes before I had to ask where mine was. The barista did apologise and I eventually got my drink. There wasn't a lot of food options and I just had a coffee.

Was very disappointed of total experience. Was there 11 08 2024 at am 11:33. Always the lady who order my coffee don?t ask me if i drink in or I take away. Always do in take away. The table is dirty and rare is clean. The people coming in sit on table or put the feet on the table. Customer service is below 0. Don?t go there anymore. And don?t recommend for my family or friends

Staff were excellent and helpful but....Does not accept cash, not helpful when a 94 year old lady wants to payDirty cups for tea, had to ask for clean ones. Noticed 90% of customers sitting inside were using take away cups...wonder why!Toilets out of order, again not helpful when you have a 94 little old lady with you.Tea and hot chocolate both very weak, pee poor actually.Will not return...but staff were nice.
