Very poor customer service and the staff is very rude.

Staff are very helpful and attentive, I went in to check whether some products I saw online are available in-store. Unfortunately, none of the products I was looking for were in stock.
Note: Prices are also not the same compared to the online store (which is common/expected!).
Other than that this location boasts ample parking space and many other stores/brands nearby.
The supermarket is also in walking distance.

No staff available, had to ask, and even then the member of staff was unhelpful, didn't listen provided the wrong size and walked off.
How do they expect to sell trainers if no staff willing to assist in providing the correct size.

Shout out to the red haired cashier lady,she looked busy doing something so I was waiting patiently whilst another cashier was busy with a customer, continued to ignore me standing in line, let an old man go Infront of me so he could get served , looks like she wasn't busy with other things, as he's done she continued to ignore me , she then walked away from the tills until I was served by another colleague, she then returned to the tills to serve someone else. No idea who she was so I don't think there's a personal vendetta, very strange experience

I like sports direct for certain bits. I sometimes feel that the staff do not like their jobs. For example, when your serving me I would expect you to focus on the transaction not being moaning to your staff member about your job and the people you work with

Terrible customer service from one member of staff. Girl who was short in height with blonde slightly curly hair. I asked for help she very rudely turned her head while still walking away and shouted ?I?m going home now I can?t help?. Other customers in the store even commented on how rude she was. I spoke to the manager about her attitude. Hopefully he will speak with her as he said he would. If I could give her 0 stars I would! Never been spoken to like that in a store before. Think she needs some customer service and manners training.
