Booked in for eye test online and the store called to rebook the time which was fine. Loads of text updates throughout the week.
When it came to the appointment, I was moved about the store to different chairs by staff then forgotten about.
As I got up to leave 50mins after the appointment time Specsavers staff had changed me to, they suddenly remembered me then had me seen.
So many staff, so poorly organised. Single star for the fact you don't have those terrible stairs anymore.
Came across from the East Mayne store when it closed. I really miss the East Mayne store. I don't think I will return.

Went in Basildon branch today. I had bent the arm of my glasses so bad I couldn't wear them. The lovely man who I'm afraid I didn't get his name. Fixed them for me nothing was too much trouble. Customer service at its best. Thank you

I had a prism process added to my prescription to correct double vision. Not only was it successful in that respect but appeared to correct an occasional vertigo happening. I gather that there is a connection.
