Ravi is lovely so polite so friendly. The new lady is lovely. The only down side is prices are high but that?s spar as a company not the staffs fault.

Been over charged three time now go there everyday now they have taken 46 quid twice saying it was declined the first time the bloke encourages my partner to drink when he is in recovery and the woman says my card is declined all the time trying to get extra money I am now down by £46 and having to call the bank Monday to get reimbursed as they refuse to give the money back refuse to go there again I will be walking the extra ten minutes to a different shop do not recommend you go here unless you want to get your money taken by rude people

The woman who is working in there on Friday evenings is very rude and racist . I have been shopping in there for the past 12 years and have never had any problems . I went in there on a Friday evening and the moment she saw a black man on the isles where the choclates are she quickly left the till and rushed to the isle were i was checking prices for kit kats for my little ones and she pretendend to be tyding up next to me. I felt very offended. Ravi please do something about this racist woman. Otherwise we are better of going to Asdas. Lee chapel is a very friendly community and we can not have 1 individual spoiling it for everyone

Only use in emergencies as very over priced. Any time I do use it I either get short changed or they try and charge more than the prices stated. Won?t be using again. Women behind the counter is rude and arrogant.

The woman that works here has the worst attitude. Very rude will say snide remarks if you make any kind of joke. Used to love this shop. Hate it now that this woman works in there. Rude rude rude!!!!
