STAY CLEAR DO NOT USE We had 2 big windows fitted proberly the size of patio doors and we're still getting drafts even when the windows are shut. There's gaps down the side that you can see outside through them. They're not the proper safety glass that they're supposed to be. We called them round many times and they haven't turned up

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We had a new conservatory just under 2 years ago, which we haven't even finished paying for yet and will need to be almost completely redone.Michael who fitted our conservatory has made a complete bodge of the lead flashing which has leaked since he did it, plus ALL his mastiking is a mess. When we tried to contact them Terry also told us he had purchased the company, lost his phone etc with all his contacts. We are absolutely gutted and it appears that the whole company and contacts have mysteriously disappeared. What a shambles and disgrace they are.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!! They took our deposit money and ruined the groundworks. They hadn't even looked at the groundworks plans. Terrys phone was 'broken' and mysteriously after we told them to stop work so we could discuss next steps, they've all changed their numbers, website, emails and disappeared. There's a lot of upset people I've found! We were duped by their previous reputation and the salesman Lewis but they are frauds!

DO NOT USE! The positive reviews of this company must be paid for! They have been taking deposits and not following through with providing products/work!! They have not completed work started! Check a Trade have been made aware that they are promoting themselves as on their website when they no longer are. They are criminals in my book!

DO NOT USE. This company left us in the lurch with an unfinished building project. They started in Feb 2023 but were only half way through in May 23 (something that should have only taken 6-8 weeks). The builders never turned up for days. We had to call them at 10.30 to see if they were even coming to site. The workmanship was not done with the correct skills and care and once they had left our site before the project was finished, we were left with no choice but to redo a lot of the work they had done costing us thousands of extra pounds as it did not meet the necessary building regulations. Our building project turned into a nightmare. AVOID.

Not a great service. Don't really want to know about you after they have your money. Apparently one of the directors (at least) sold the firm over a year ago and has nothing to do with it now - despite being still on the website, facebook etc.

DO NOT USE, Terry McLean, ripped our roof off of our extension build then run out of money to finish the job , our ceiling went through today and all electrics blown. We are devastated. He owes me £4k which he has not returned and damaged my property to the tune of £20k . Court summons on the way. Please everyone stay away from Sovereign Home Improvements. They are scammers

HistoryWork was required on a partial garage conversion, with a complete time of 3 months as a new baby was arriving. Upon contacting the company through CheckaTrade I received a quick response from the company. They arranged to visit the works and promised to provide a quote there and then for what I needed. The gentleman, Bill Reynolds, was polite and very accommodating to what I needed. He sat and calculated the costs of the works based upon various information that he had form the company. The reviews on Which and CheckaTrade were good, and as I was happy with the quote and 3 days later Bill came back with a contract which was signed and they collected the 25% deposit. 4 days later it was arranged for a surveyor to visit to get the measurements etc. I was then told by the surveyor I would receive a call with a start date for the works to commence. the following week.2 weeks later I called through to chase the start date, I was told I would receive a call back early the next morning. I chased in the afternoon and was told I would be called back immediately. An hour later I received a call from Bill to say "Sorry, we cannot do the work for the price quoted, the MD has not approved the quote". They advised me of this after the 14 day cooling of period; with no comments as to the returning of my deposit, and have wasted nearly 3 weeks of a very limited time frame.Outcome- Sovereign Home Improvements have wasted 3 very pressure weeks of a very limited time period to have works completed.- Sovereign Home Improvements have made promises and broken them.- Sovereign Home Improvements has my money for weeks after payment and did not provided any indication of when it will be returned. It has now been returned to me.- Sovereign Home Improvements have advised that they are breaching my contract with them without any legal right to do so as they have failed to complete and return confirmation within 14 days as per the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013.

The team did a good job of replacing a large feature window spanning two floors, as well as the others in my property. They're a professional group who were willing to work out solutions to any problem, especially compared to other companies. Prices are fair, and my new UPVC windows look great. Special thanks to Bill for being so accommodating and for the good communication throughout.Service: Window installation
