Thank you George from the Pipps Hill, Basildon store. George attended to our carpet order in the shop. He waspleasant and very helpful. As was the surveyor who came to our home to measure up etc.The fitters Paul and Leo, I believe,did an excellent job and tidied up before leaving. We have no complaints. My one complaint was the pushy salesman from the previous day,, and the only reason I went back to the shop, is because I went to Dfs to order some furniture and they were next to the Dfs shop.

Would like to give a huge thanks to Adam from the Basildon pipps hill store . I walked in with my wife and daughter looking for leather corner reclining sofas and he done his very best to find me exactly what I needed in store . Showed us around downstairs and upstairs and let us try all the options . Finally we found one and decided to go with that one and he sorted the rest out very quickly , now just waiting on delivery and can?t wait .

Totally disappointed, stair carpet fitted, threadbare fault, hazard for slipping on stair reported but ignored by aftercare team. Shop also informed. Never by from ScS again.

Sofa and Carpet not due for a couple of weeks tried contacting my local branch, only to be put through to a call centre to be told they won't talk to me only my husband data protection ( even though they have spoken to me in the past ) asked to be put through to local store only to be told they don't have their own phone number and that they would call me back .But nobody know's when. Lady was very rude on the phone, so will now have to visit the store myself to get some answers. Staff have so far always been helpful in store.Not a happy customer...

We purchased a sofa cum bed from SCS for around 1500 pounds,within 2 months the fabric started bubbling.The technician visited and gave a silly reason that,it is damaged because it came in contact with the carpet.I told the technician and the call centre many times that I have never used it as a bed.Technician told he will be sending me replacement covers within a week and today I got a email from SCS saying they are happy to send the quotation to repair it.We feel we are cheated by SCS.

If I could give 0 stars that would still be too many.In store had wonderful service the staff were great I can't fault them.But I'm currently forced to feed my baby on a cold hardwood floor because my sofa has been delayed again for the 3rd time. I can't believe my sofa that was supposed to be here in September now won't be here until the 14th November... If you don't delay it a fourth time.I can't even have my family or friends round to visit my new house because they can't sit anywhere.After asking if they could supply a substitute so I didn't have to sit in the floor temporarily with my child they said they'd check what they could do in store and call me back never did they call me backUpdate 8/11/22: my sofa is now delayed until the 28th. Apparently according to their staff it's due to lazy boy running out of foam to construct the sofas. The store manager called last week and told us that the request for loan of goods hadn't been escalated to them and they they'd call us back Monday once head office gave it the go ahead... They call today (Tuesday) saying that they still haven't heard and we should get a call at the start of next week. They sounded completely disinterested and like they couldn't give a flying fig. They did offer £200 off our £4,000 bill or a loan of goods and to be honest £200 didn't seem like a good enough amount of compensation for making us sit on cold wooden floors for over 3 weeks and counting with our child and not allowing family to visit because their is nowhere for them to sit and we'd rather a sofa so people can come visit us in our first home.

Unable to obtain buy spare parts for the ? Cruz? range!Kettle Interiors Corby ( The wholesalers ) nor SCS Basildon can supply.This scenario started 31/5/22 and it is now 8/7/22 we have been advised that we can now purchase two handles from head office one for a spare due to the poor quality,I have to ring them tomorrow. Should be interesting to see what transpires, watch this space eh ??Update : after taking our money for two handles we were told the suppliers couldn?t fulfil the order and would we like a refund.Noooo, we need replacements, somebody is telling porkies as the current Cruz range is still using the identical units.Plus we have noted that other stores are selling the same units, one example is ?The Range?, not just similar, identical.If I could give a star rating in a minus I would,be very careful who you buy from .Chris from SCS rang to say she will chase up !***Update***.Unable to obtain buy spare parts for the ? Following on from excellent service in-store from the sales team, today our La-Z-Boy suite was delivered.The two delivery guys were a credit to SCS, ensured all of the suite was correctly assembled, recliners all powered and working and that every scrap of packing was removed.A big shout out to Michael and Tennyson. Thanks guys, we really appreciated your effort.???
