I am with them since Abbey national. Every year customer service gets worst. People have patience with them because used to be a great bank once. They think they can get away with reducing branches and time of support.

It is ok but parking is not free although 1.00 for 30 minutes opposite is not too bad I guess. Bit it you have shopping to do in range then park in their carpark as you get 2 hours free

A desk clerk argued with me in front of a lobby full of people stating i did not have power of attorney over my mum. Who did is see and do i know what a power of attorney is etc.... i asked to see manager. Was told one was not in. Eventually taken by another woman into office who looked at my account and declaored i was right about the power of attorney just one document was required. They wrote to my sick mother for this. No me thus why not produced.
