Went on 8 September at 9.30am and was confronted by the rudest two women behind the counter. One ended up shouting at me over the state of my nectar card and how she wouldn?t accept it, despite the fact it worked and I?d just used it in store. Honestly, talk about self importance over a store card.

Regular user of this station, like the fact that there is a pay at pump option, on this visit were frustrated to have 3 cards declined by the machine- on paying in the kiosk was informed that the machine was 'playing up' perhaps a note on the pump would have been helpful? Or to be told over the forecourt tannoy instead of wasting my time putting my nectar card in followed by the 3 cards only to have to keep repeat the process? Also, a little gripe is to ask why not all fuel choices are available at all pumps since the refurbishment? I often have to wait behind someone to use the pump, thus stopping people from using the pump I am parked in front of leading to queues and delays.

New pumps very confusing, select pump or kiosk selection isn't easy to spot if you dont already know where it is.Set to pay at pump and selected £20 max after nothing happened I noticed my card hadn't been accepted, put nozzle back and took out card.Started again but selected pay at kiosk, put petrol in car but the pump shut off at £20 without me selecting a maximum, went to kiosk and paid with the same card that had been declined at the pump without any problems.It doesn't matter how low the price is I won't be buying petrol their again.Another customer had to show me where the pu.p or kiosk selection was and before i left i showed two other customers where it was, needless to say the queues were back to the road caused by the confusing new pumps.

Turned up at 6:30 to get petrol on my way to work, but the station was all coned off. Asked a member of staff when it would be opening as it states online it opens at 6, her reply was "I don't know" then she ran off to hide back in the store. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

If you are looking for a fuel station at 9:55pm don't go here. They advertise they are open until 10, but will tell you the pumps are closed as they are doing a price check.
