The place is run down due to mismanagement, this is the same place which was shown on television a number of times for hiring illegal workers and it seems management have not changed, staff slide things across the floor and then go into shelves, unprotected bread, saw one worker who could not reach a shelf stand on the produce to get to the top shelf and another who when they failed to kick broccoli under a shelf, threw it back with the others, contaminating the entire box.
If you wonder why you get sick after you shop here, it is little wonder.
The one good thing about the shop is it serves as the local argos outlet, though slow to respond and could do with three times the space and a means of keeping bulky things off the floor and dragged along, rather than put on a trolley, fine for a lamp, not fine for bedding.
Do not bother buying clothing here, the shoes never last getting wet beyond two months and the clothes are something chronic, unless you wanted a shirt to wash the car down with, don't try
Staff more interested in talking to eachother or their friends rather than serving, specially at the self serve area, and staff rude when people move something out of the way, or if something falls after you have walked away, I'm sorry but if you do not wish to work there, anybody else would and could replace you and your opinions are best kept to yourself.

Went there to collect an urgent heater from the internal Argos when my boiler failed. Drove all the way having been told to come and collect it to be told that Sainsbury's systems were not working so I couldn't have my confirmed order. Argos staff about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe !!!

Worst customer service I?ve ever come across, such a rude lady on the self checkouts! We have 3 items in our hand for basket only. I had a trolley with items paid already from agros and she shouted at me to go to the trolley section. Clearly doesn?t understand the self check out concept. Big suggestion, maybe retrain.
Won?t be be returning anytime soon, Tesco are much friendlier

For Christmas Eve the store was well presented and the tills where moving really well compared to others I have been to this festive weekend. There was no wait time and there was plenty of people around the store if needed help.
