Expensive and my haircut didn?t look how it was supposed to. I didn?t say anything when I left because I thought it was the way it was styled but when I got home I realised that it wasn?t cut properly. All I asked for was a bob with volume. I have no volume and it looks awful!!£ 80.00 fir it it?s extortionate. Will never go back there.

Never having been to this salon before, I couldn't recommend it enough. I had a lovely lady called Jess, who talked me through all stages of the balayage I was having, being quite unadventurous with my hair, I was understandable very nervous, Jess was patient, a at all stages held my hand. I love my colour's a the hair cut!!!All staff that I met, were kind a friendly, making it a great experience,Which I will be repeating!!Forgot to mention, had a consultation before hand, testing for any allergic reactions, also weither my hair would be able to have the colour's that I wanted, unfortunately I couldn't, given the colour that was already on my hair, so, after discussion with Jess, I settled on dark red's, extremely happy with my choices. I really like the attitude of the staff wanting to do their best by their clients, for you to look your best, not just taking your money!!I have had hairdressers, agreeing that they can deliver what one has requested, only to be left disappointed a dissatisfied!!This is definitely not the case with Rush salon at Basildon!They definitely come from a place, if they can't deliver, they won't agree to do it, their just not interested in taking your money, their main goal is making you look good, a you leaving happy a satisfied!!!!After all, you are their advertisement!!!

Popped in first time. Greeted and sat down without delay, met with a stylist Maddie, brilliant listening and understanding me and my needs from the start. She is a real asset to the team!!!
