There is a lady who is often on the tills. Dark hair and complexion. Curly hair. She is a credit to the business. Wonderful customer service, she holds herself with such class and grace. Brilliant at her job. Primark are very lucky to have her.

Store kept quite tidy and staff helpful however quality of items isn't as good as it use to be.
Also having colleague meetings in entrance to dressing rooms during opening hours where all staff are on phones I think this should be done out of hours when store is closed. Not only is it awkward asking for things there was a minimum of 8 staff members there together that I had to walk through

You can get a good variety of products the prices are good don't really cater for older people clothing wise more for younger people

I mainly come in here with my daughter as she is a size 6 and can always find clothes to fit her. Unfortunately I am a size 18 so find it extremely difficult to find anything to fit which is a shame that clothes shops in 2024 still think the majority of women are a size 6 to 14 as Primark has racks and racks of these sizes. That goes for their shoes as well.. We are not all size 5!!
Their other products make up, home wear stuff etc etc are great value for money but a star off for thinking women are smaller than we actually are!!

Located in Basildon town centre, easy to access from Eastgate mall or the high street. Not as big as some other Primark's but has smaller departments you'd find in the bigger ones. Good place to shop!
