Always like to stay one Lenny?s many abodes!!In particular Terri & Sam were the best & most helpful staff I have encountered over the years of my many stays around the countryTerri kindly made me a lovely hot chocolate at silly o?clock in the morning which was most welcome & very much appreciated

Having had a slightly longer stay than expected, we found ourselves saying what a lovely break- even in a Premier Inn!The location is ideal with a very short walk to lots of restaurants etc. Yes, the rooms are tired and in need of an update but the breakfast room is lovely and the breakfasts hot and yummy. What made the stay was the staff though. Courtney needs a special mention- her customer service was exceptional (and dare I say it, she?s wasted behind that desk). Sue and the male chef were also friendly and so helpful.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice place tucked just off busy road after finding it as post code did not have location quite right as it was behind some units and not sign posted,road around very potholey but service and staff very polite and happy so overall very nice.

Useful for the customer visit to be done. Hotel needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to best but comfortable and welcoming.

With the travelling I do with work I do stay at premier inn?s quite a bit, this is a good location when it comes to shops and restaurants, it has a good size car park and the staff are really friendly and always there to help, the room is a decent size as I?m in a twin room, this comes with a double and single bed, al bedding is clean and I can?t see any bed bugs, the kettle could do with replacing and the shower curtain didn?t stop the water getting all over the bath room floor.Staff helped me when I couldn?t cone t to the Wi-Fi so they explained about the premium Wi-Fi which is a £5 a day but I couldn?t even come t to that. The home is going through changes with updating there internet service so this may only be a temporary thing.

It's nice place to stay.Cleaned room and nice breakfast.Rooms: Good to stay and clean everyday.Walkability: Lots of option available for dinner at walkable distance.Food & drinks: Good breakfast served.

Scruffy hotel that needs someone to look after the exterior car park and plants litter everywhere and glasses from the nearby pub , big potholes in the road to the hotel dated rooms need upgrading this hotel is a real let down stay elsewhere would be our

**Edit: I was able to ring through direct to the hotel a week later. They have taken my number plate and will cancel the fine. It would be helpful to be able to request a call back from reception or wait on hold instead of being kicked out after it ringing for 30 seconds but I?m happy with the outcome.All staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person during my stay.**Wi-Fi didn?t work and now two weeks later a £100 parking fine even though their website says free parking. No way to contact anyone and their feedback form takes 28days to be responded to. My fine arrived today and is due in 25 days. Please someone call me.

Only stayed for one night whilst visiting festival leisure park. Great location and staff on reception very pleasant and friendly. Room we had was very clean and surprisingly roomy with king-size bed and chaise longe. Would stay again.

Great staff,very friendly and helpful (thank you Abi) , good location close to everything we needed,the rooms were clean but a bit ?tired? but overall well worth the money and I would definitely stay here again.
