Food was lovely and came in good time. Atmosphere was great and clean.
Manager and Waitresses were friendly and welcoming.
Special mention to Chloe who was fantastic and had a good laugh with myself and friends. She went above and beyond for us, really made us feel welcome. After we thanked her for her amazing service she said to us she has only worked at Pizza Hut for two months. We was surprised as she was very knowledgeable and confident. Than you Chloe!

Decent quality food and the portion sizes are also quite good but it was bloody freezing. My wife and I kept our coats on while dining.

I was having trouble ordering via the app so called the Basildon branch and spoke with Crystal who solved my issues without hesitation. Food was exactly as ordered!

Worst delivery experience of my life, ordered through just eat and waited 3 hours! Which I knew isn?t the stores fault, BUT when it eventually arrived it was cold as in cold that it had been left under a heat lamp for three hours, I called on numerous occasions for follow ups! And I specifically asked that one item didn?t have sauce on it! They promised this would happen then after 3 hours sent it FREEZING WITH SAUCE! How?!

Actually really happy with the service from everyone in Pizza Hut helped with every aspect of my family?s order from allergies allergic Gluten-free dairy free and the manger went above and beyond to make us feel like we where the only customers even know it was really busy the hole atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyed the evening so much we come back two days later

Fantastic Pizza Hut restaurant.
Went on an extremely busy Sunday and was surprised at how we were still treated with a friendly calm welcome and then throughout the whole visit the staff were great.
This has to be the best pizza buffet experience in the UK, it was just fresh pizza after fresh pizza after fresh pizza straight out of the kitchen, there was never a time when there wasn't a multitude of choice on deck even though as I said earlier the restaurant was packed at one point there must have been 15 pizza trays on the deck.
And despite the 20 kids from a party doing their best to make a mess of every area the staff were straight on it cleaning up and making the experience pleasant for other guests even whilst being rushed off their feet with other tasks.

If you order from this branch, you might as well order a microwave, coz you will get cold pizza, 100% guaranteed.
Also, unlike the amazing Pitsea branch, these people, don't give you any sauces.
One time, they took 1.5 hours to deliver.. Well done.
I need to make sure it's not this joke of a branch, next time.
Also note, the taste of this branch, is significantly different, pizzas from this branch are cold and flavourless, guessing more stale.
If anyone doesn't believe me, I challenge you, compare the pizza from Pitsea pizza hut to these people.

Had the buffet which is good value for money but you do have to a while for fresh pizzas sometimes.

Amazing! Loved the buffet and the pizzas, service was amazing too and I liked the decoration of the building
Our waitress was Naomi and she was very nice, overall 10/10 great service and I would come again!
