A real shame considering the many positive reviews that this establishment has been given regarding excellent customer service.We entered looking for new tiles for a forthcoming bathroom renovation. There was no greeting initiated by the staff as we entered despite two employees sitting by the reception desk. We also had no offer of assistance as we navigated the shop for the duration of time we were there and there was no initiation of a parting farewell as we left. It made for a truly unwelcome experience which was most odd and felt as though our business was not welcome nor wanted.The only conclusions one may draw is that they prioritise their regular tradesman or have enough business to meet their overheads.Regarding the tile selection, this was comparable to other tile establishments in terms of price (perhaps even cheaper in some select cases) and overall design. That said, it felt there was a noticeable lean toward offering accent tiles indicative of the 2000s-10s period. Their colour palette on the long metro style tiles were particularly rich and vibrant. They also sell a variety of marble effect tiles which may appeal to some.In conclusion, one may wish to add PTC to their list of tile suppliers based on previous reviews but I shant personally recommend them.

After trawling the tile warehouses, we tried Pitsea Tile Centre and found the perfect tiles to complete our kitchen! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We also borrowed samples, to help our choice. The range of tiles, ease of ordering and prices were all amazing. We would definitely return to Pitsea Tile Centre for our next job and give the warehouses a miss! Definitely worth supporting a local business, as the customer service is much better and more personal.

Went in there this morning, I wanted an old tile matched as close as I could, due to us breaking one, couldn?t be more helpful, after a while we found one every near to a match, so placed an order for two. So grateful and thankful to the people in shop.

Barry is brilliant. Great guy. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. Spent the time we needed with us and there was no rush. He offered lots of options and advice and helped us make our decisions. Its the 2nd time we've used them. Can't recommend them enough. Cheers guys!

Deceptively large given the small frontage. Excellent customer service, they give the right amount of contact and support and not bug you all the time. Very knowledgeable helped is to pick complementing wall and floor tiles. We had been in loads of shops before hand and found everything we needed here. Thanks guys

Such great service, ordered bathroom, kitchen and hall tiles from here and service has been amazing every time. Tiles ordered in quickly, good price and amazing quality. Any questions they reply instantly even outside working hours on their Facebook page. Highly recommend!
