This place was amazing. My partner came here before and I was happy then. I took my car there after I took it there after marcs tyres in basildon messed it up. They were quick and efficient and quickly rectified the problem. the the price was amazing aslwell.Make sure at some point of owning a car you should go here ?

This guy is an absolute legend. The boss man, Andy I think his name was.I was in the area for a training course and I had an issue with my car that needed checking asap before my travel home the next day, around a 4/5 hour journey.They managed to squeeze me in and get the problem sorted that same evening before my journey home!Forever grateful, I recommend to anyone!

Had my MOT done here on 14/11 and within a couple hours it was passed with 1 minor defect and 1 advisory. I was shocked as I was so certain my car was going to fail the test and need repair work (it?s an 06 plate and had some issues with it) but I was handed the keys and told it was good to go.The very next day I had a family friend who?s a mobile mechanic come out to fix the minor defect and while he was fixing it he noticed that one of my front brake calipers was completely seized and the brake pad had nearly completely worn off. He managed to free it up for me but told me I needed to get my brake pads checked out sooner rather than later.My car should not have passed it?s MOT. At the bare minimum it should have been noted either as a defect or advisory that my caliper was completely stuck and severely worn pad? But no mention of it at all which is ridiculously dangerous.I only made 1 trip in my car between the MOT and finding the seized caliper which was driving it home (4 minute journey) so the chance of it completely seizing and wearing the pad that badly in 4 minutes is highly unlikely.Would rather have a failed MOT and repair costs than risk my life in an unsafe car with a shoddy braking system.

Dissatisfied, I had van booked in for 2.30pm. I finished work early to ensure I was there on time.. returned at 4.30pm to collect as requested, they hadn't even looked it . So sadly I had to leave . A shame as a nice little family garage, but service was not good to me.

Very poor customer service and experiance, do not want to ever go through that again. Especially when you are struggling in general and you get messed about. Week to investgate my car. Did this twice and still didn't fix it but charged for the privilidge, (£240 later at the "car hotel"). Took to another garage, they investgated and fixed in two hours, £70 including parts.Service: General repairs & maintenance
