Will never ever order from them again, ordered freeze dried treats for my recovering kitten on Monday, the treats coat £3.65, paid £3.95 for delivery, supposed to be here today, not even left the shop according to tracking. Absolutely disgusting service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The vets here are ridiculous waiting over an our to be seen the new staff member the man don't know his name ,don't know what his doing didn't even tell the vet we was here and written the wrong time down on the card this man is ridiculous

Went in to buy a russian dwarf hamster, asked for someone to check if they had one for us, the person who was tasked to ?Help? looked scared to handle the hamster and seemed really unbothered and generally like she had no interest in helping us to see if it may be something we would buy, didn?t get the hamster out, looked scared to touch it, and was generally a bit useless. Will try somewhere else.

Brilliant staff, take time to serve you and answer questions. Unfortunately, not lots of variety for my birds in this store, but Rayleigh has it all. Overall good store and the vets are really good.

AVOID!! So many problems over the years first with my own dog but now my nans dog, paid over £600 to have its teeth done, they failed to muzzle the dog resulting in my nan having to collect the dog. Tried to reschedule the appointment, then told they had to pay an extra £40 for the dog to have its teeth done. Although it was pets at homes fault they couldn?t sedate the dog, received the refund but then had another £138 taken out 6 days later now trying to get that money back is proving impossible.

Usually a good place to get bits for your pets but unfortunately has let me down a couple of times now as they don't stock enough tinned dogfood and tell me to buy it online. If I wanted to do that I would of?

It's a shame they closed the area to wash/bath the dog in store.Some lovely festive pet outfits. Our dog always enjoys a visit.

It's an ok shop. You could get everything you needed for the average pet though it is a bit pricey on some things.
