Worst pizza I've had in a while. Ordered last night and the delivery was late. They didn't update the tracking on the app so I had no idea where the order was, and by the time it got to me the boxes were soggy so it must have been sat waiting for at least 10 minutes.
Pizza was lukewarm by the time I recieved it, my friends order had a huge puddle of bbq sauce in the centre, and just for a laugh it seemed they'd chucked in a few extra pots of bbq.
I've never had trouble with Papa John's before, but I felt seriously unwell last night after eating. I'm unwilling to take that chance again - if I do order from them again it certainly won't be from this one.

Disgusting disgusting service. Store manager TARIQ of Basildon papa John?s store refused to send me another pizza after I ordered VEGAN cheese on my pizza because of my allergy and they?ve sent me regular cheese now I?m sitting here with a pizza I can?t eat and no money for it. He also hung up the phone and was very rude and disgusting to me.

Best pizza in the UK without a doubt, the deals are fantastic and the flavour is just a class above all the others. The service is fantastic and I have never been let down by them in 4 years of ordering from them, they have also never got my order wrong either so bravo.I went to collect a pizza last week instead of ordering as it was very late and they were near closing, despite it being so close to closing the guys there took the order with a smile and made me like always a great quality pizza which really helped me after a very bad and long day. Thank you to the staff at Papa John's Basildon.

I ordered my pizza and was waiting over an hour and no show. They took the money from my bank and I called up 3 times with no answer. Shame because I do love papa johns pizza but I just don?t think I can order from here

Ordered online took the money over an hour later had to call to find out the food isn't coming. No reason no instant refund no apolog. Awful service and attitudeCan't zero score unfortunately

I ordered a pizza and waited an hour. I can understand it because it was Friday, but I can't understand why the pizza was cold and rubbery. It used to be a very good pizza, I guess they don't care about the customer anymore. I won't order from there

Won't be back kitchen was filthy , driver cut my pizza wearing no uniform and then I see the same guy at the back taking his delivery out in the car a red Citroen c1 . Pizza was poorly made also photos will be added .

We order for delivery and the pizza did not arrived. Even trying to phone the store no one answer. Confirmation order and money taken as well. When phone the store and spoke to staff asking for refund. Staff very rude and said Go on and complained. Wasted money for food that did not even arrived.
