Been using this shop for years.
Usually end up leaving with something.
Changing rooms are always clean and accessable.
The store is clean and well stocked.
Don't generally go upstairs to the mens department or homeware.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Can't fault anything.

Lovely collection of clothes but never going back. I went in to return a shirt I bought online but the security guard was rudely and blatantly staring at me from the minute I entered the store to the time I left to get into my car. Made me feel like a thief or something with his scowl. I did nothing to earn this. I'll stick to M&S.

Jugg Boutique or is this Next? A counterfeit clothing enterprise is being ran by a staff member who is scamming members of the public & ruining countless families Christmas's. The complaint has gone to your head office, I have shared the details of the person involved with the H/O team in a formal complaint.

Parking can be tricky to get out at the retail park is very busy..
