Sizes are absolutely ridiculous. I am a 12/14 in literally any other shop but here, size 16 is too small. This is why people struggle with body image issues.

Helen the manager has been very rude to paying customers in her store, just because they were wearing school uniform she thinks that she can be rude and verbally abuse children that were actually buying from this store, a formal complaint will be made to head office until she has apologised for her behaviour, I'd suggest further training is needed for this individual employee.

Never disappointed. Huge selection to choose from. Great variety for all age groups. Customer service is fantastic, very professional, friendly and always greeted with a smile. Basildon New Look are awesome!!!!
